1. How do I make a booking?

2. What are your standard delivery times?
Our standard delivery times are 2-3 days from the date of booking.

4. What can the maximum length and weight of my items be for delivery?
Items can be a maximum of 12 metres in length and 24 tonnes in weight.

5. Do you do interstate deliveries?
No, We offer pick up and delivery within New South Wales only, but we can assist you with transport requirements Australia wide through our national networks.

6. Do you do Third Party Logistics?
Yes, We are happy to help with all your freight requirements.

7. Can you package my items for me?
Yes, We can offer your customised packaging services (fees do apply).

8. Does Tracey Transport and Logistics Australia own all their vehicles?
Yes, All vehicles and equipment are owned by Tracey Transport and Logistics Australia.

9. Do you charge a fuel levy?
No, We do not charge a fuel levy.
10. Can you track pick-ups and deliveries
Yes we do, We can also provide customers with updates by calling us on 1300 872 239.
11. Why have I been charged: Pick up fee / Delivery fee / Waiting time / Loading time?
Pick up fee: Where a pick up is booked, but the consignment is not available at the nominated time or location, a $500.00 fee will apply.
Delivery fee: Where a delivery is booked, but the consignment cannot be delivered at the nominated time or location, a $500.00 fee will apply.
Wait/Load Time: All vehicles and equipment will be charged at $150.00 per hour minimum 1 hour for waiting time at either the pick up or the delivery point where pick up or delivery exceeds the 20 minutes allocated time.
12. What is cut off time for same day pick ups or delivers?
Same day pick ups or deliveries need to be booked in before 11am (day of delivery).

13. How do I receive an ETA?
You can track your job by calling us on 1300 872 239.

14. What happens if no-one is there to receive the goods?
Our driver will call or message you to advise your options that best suit your needs.
15. How do I know if I will receive my delivery today?
Please refer to your booking date/time.

18. Can I arrange to have the receiver called before delivery?
Yes Tracey Transport do have this service available at no extra charge, please request this service in the special requirement.

19. Can I Cancel my booking?
Yes, However once booking has been made with us you may be charged a $200.00 Cancellation Fee.

20. Can you deliver to a PO Box?
We are unable to deliver to a PO Box.
